mafhum dr sebuah sebuah hadis "dua nikmat yg selalu dilupakan oleh manusia adalah nikmat sihat dan masa lapang"...

2 hari lepas ade kempen donor darah kt fakulti sempena hari anti rokok..eh2..mksdnye derma darah(donor=derma)so aku dgn smgt nya pegi la nk derma darah..hari 1st x dpt derma sbb klas penuh...n d 2n time dtg baru la dpt derma..aku ajk la kwn2 yg lain utk derma skli..n mcm2 la respon yg aku dpt..

balik kpd hadis kt ats td..
mmg benar la kata2 ar-Rasul S.A.W. yg mane manusia ni mmg sering lupa ttg nikmat sehat ni..kdg2 kite sll sehat smpi tfikir, bila la aku nk sakit ni..hu..kita sering lupa kn nikmat sehat tu dgn cara x jage kesihatan kita sendiri..
Bg aku..tidak cukup la dgn hnya mengucapkn rs syukur dpt memadai kenikmatan yg kita dpt..so aku berasa dengan aku derma darah aku akn mmbantu org lain utk menjadi sehat..mungkin ape yg aku bt ni x mndtg kesan yg besar pn..tp igt la keikhlasan tu yg dinilai oleh ALLAH.. (^_^)

Prog pertama diorg kt padang ni adalah bertemu ngn ahli dekanat FK UNAND..sedikit perbincangan n pengenalan ttg unand.n ktorg dpt masukkan ttg status universiti di indonesia.keadaan nya begini..
--pd prog PBL,utk clerkship disediakan 86 minggu..tp klau ikut rule n regulation pd MMC perlu 120 mmgu utk memenuhi syarat..
--akan tetapi hasil produk universiti indonesia sndiri menyatakn bhwa sudah cukp 86 mggu itu kerna dgn sistem PBL kita tlh menjalani prktikal sjk dr kuliah lgi..(skillab)..jd x pyh buang masa utk mencukup kan 120 mmgu tsebut..
--kelebihan touch pasien jgk byk mmbantu dlm pembinaan skill DR keluaran universiti di indonesia..

walaupon hanya 4 jam kami berjumpa, tapi dpt rase kn nikmat nya ukhuwah tu..(^_^)

sedikit renungan..
# Ikhlas.

Ukhuwah seorang muslim terhadap muslim lainnya, haruslah dilandasi dengan keikhlasan kepada Allah SWT. Ukuhwah yang terlahir bukan karena sesuatu yang bersifat keduniaan, atau karena termotivasi oleh kepentingan tertentu. Karena apabila ukhuwah telah tercampur dengan ketidak ikhlasan, maka sudah menjadi hak Allah apabila tidak menerima ukhuwah yang seperti itu.Kisah yang terdapat dalam hadits, yang menceritakan seorang pemuda yang ingin mengunjungi ‘saudara seimannya’ ;

Swine Flu H1N1

Swine Flu Symptoms

It is essential that you learn how to identify the symptoms of Swine Flu H1N1, regardless of where you live in the world. Many professionals from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, as well as the World Health Organization strongly believe that this contagious condition may be the next pandemic that the world faces. Individuals from many different countries are suffering from the effects of this outbreak. In this medical guide, you will be given the symptoms that are most commonly associated with the Swine Flu H1N1.

Step One:

One of the first symptoms that have been identified with the 2009 H1N1 Flu is the onset of a fever. A fever is referred to as pyrexia by medical professionals. The average individual has a temperature of approximately 98.6F. While anything over this number may indicate the presence of a fever, most doctors agree that those over the 100.4F range have a fever that requires assistance. There are many symptoms associated with the onset of a fever considering the fact that it is regulated by a part of the brain referred to as the hypothalamus. This may include stiffness in the muscles of the body, feeling the sense of being cold, and even a heart rate that is increased as a result of constriction in the blood vessels.

Step Two:

The next symptoms associated with the Swine H1N1 Flu are a sore throat that may or may not be accompanied by a mild to severe cough. Individuals who contract an infection such as the Swine Flu that is viral in nature commonly experience these two symptoms. The Swine Flu is known to result in respiratory complications. If you notice either the onset of a cough or the development of tenderness in the throat, it is important to consider seeking medical testing.

Step Three:

If you happen to contract the Swine Flu, or the 2009 H1N1 as it is now being referred, you may suffer from gastrointestinal complications such as vomiting, bloating, and diarrhea. Many individuals who have been diagnosed have had these symptoms during the course of their condition, but then there are others that have not experienced these issues.

Step Four:

Aches throughout the body are a common symptom associated with this condition. You may feel aches throughout the muscles of the body as a result of fever, or you may experience a headache. Often, this soreness is a direct result of the constriction of muscles and blood vessels due to fever, but it may also be a result of the body fighting off the infection.

Step Five:

Many who suffer from the virus may discover that they feel extreme levels of fatigue. The body is hard at work in trying to overcome the challenges that the Swine Flu is causing it, so as a result one may feel exhausted.

Step Six:

Dizziness is another symptom that many who have been diagnosed with the 2009 H1N1 Virus are experiencing. This is typically indicated by a sensation that one's surroundings are spinning or moving. While this is also a symptom of conditions such as inner ear complications, blood pressure issues, and restrictions in the natural flow of blood through the body, it has been identified as a possible symptom of concern during the current situation involving the Swine Flu. Be certain to learn how to identify the symptoms of Swine Flu H1N1 so that you may properly protect yourself and others.
